Why I Started My Home COO

I’ve always been the one who kept things running. At work, at home, in the thick of raising three kids and navigating a demanding career—I managed it all with a level of calm that people often assumed meant “she’s got this.”
And for the most part, I did.
But behind the scenes, it took everything.

The Hidden Job No One Talks About
There’s the job you’re paid to do—and then there’s the one you carry silently:
The mental checklists
The calendar math
The pantry restocks
The family logistics
The late-night school project surprises
Even when I stepped away from corporate life enabling more focus on my kids, I expected a little breathing room.
Instead, I saw even more clearly just how much unseen work I’d been doing all along—and how little space there was to just be without managing everything for everyone.
It’s the invisible workload that so many women carry. And it’s heavy.
The Turning Point
As I started to prepare for what might be next—maybe returning to an office, likely traveling for clients—I had a moment of clarity:
I’m going to need help.
So I started sketching out what kind of help I’d need. Someone I could trust with details. Someone who could think strategically. Someone who could jump in without hand-holding.
The more I described it, the more I realized: I was describing me.
I knew how to do this. I’d been doing it all along. And I knew there were so many other women who needed this kind of support too.
What I Couldn’t Find—and Why I Built It
I searched for something that didn’t seem to exist: A high-trust, executive-level partner for home and life. I needed someone who could manage logistics, transitions, and the things no one sees but everyone feels when they’re missing.
That’s when My Home COO was born.
This isn’t just about organizing your pantry or managing your calendar. It’s about creating a new category of support for modern women and families—one that treats your time, your goals, and your peace of mind with the respect they deserve.
What You’ll Find Here
This blog is a space for you.
For the woman doing it all—or trying to. For the partner who needs backup. For the parent managing the family ecosystem while working a full-time job.
Here, I’ll share:
Thoughtful strategies I use with clients and in my own home
Tools and systems that simplify life without adding more to your plate
Behind-the-scenes insights into how to manage life like a well-run business
Stories and encouragement for when you’re just trying to hold it all together
It’s part guidance, part exhale. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Looking Ahead
My Home COO is built on a simple belief:
You deserve the same level of support and clarity at home that you expect in the boardroom.
Whether you’re here to gather ideas, feel seen, or eventually work together, I’m so glad you found this space. I hope it serves you in all the right ways.
